User Agreement for Airdrop Note

Welcome to Airdrop Note! This User Agreement ("Agreement") is a contract between you and Airdrop Note ("we", "us", or "our") that governs your use of our mobile application and services. By accessing or using the Airdrop Note application, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, you may not use our services.
1. Use of Our Services
Airdrop Note provides a Web3 Airdrop tracking, notification, note-taking, and Web3 wallet note-keeping service. Our application does not connect to Web3 wallets directly and is designed for informational purposes only.
Account Registration: To use Airdrop Note, you must register for an account by providing your email address. Optional profile customization is available through nicknames and avatars.
User Conduct: You agree to use Airdrop Note only for lawful purposes and not to violate any applicable law or regulation. You are responsible for all activity associated with your account.
2. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the Airdrop Note application, including but not limited to its design, text, graphics, and the selection and arrangement thereof, are owned by us or our licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of our material, except as expressly permitted by this Agreement.
3. User Content
You may have the opportunity to create, post, or share content through the Airdrop Note application. You retain all rights in, and are solely responsible for, the content you share.
4. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Agreement.
5. Disclaimers
Airdrop Note is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event will Airdrop Note, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.
7. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

9. Changes to This Agreement
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace this Agreement at any time. By continuing to access or use our application after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
